These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 7shot ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7shot online gaming platform, including all services, games, and content provided through our website at https://7shot.cam and associated mobile applications.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the Player with 7shot, containing personal details, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in the Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits, minus any pending withdrawals or wagers.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives awarded by 7shot, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any form of gambling activity offered on the 7shot platform, including but not limited to sports betting (football, basketball, tennis), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot games, togel (lottery), bingo, poker, crash games, and other gaming products.
• "KYC" means "Know Your Customer" verification procedures required to confirm Player identity, age, and address through submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the 7shot website, mobile applications, and all associated software and services.
• "Stake" means the amount of money wagered by the Player on a specific Game or bet.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from the Player's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms become effective immediately upon your registration with 7shot. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding online gambling.

7shot reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

3. Eligibility

To register an Account and use 7shot services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 7shot strictly prohibits underage gambling and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age at registration and before processing withdrawals.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 7shot services complies with applicable laws.
• Single Account: You may register only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use, professional gambling, arbitrage betting, or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

7shot reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must also create a unique username and secure password. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify 7shot customer support at [email protected] and change your password.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7shot is required to verify the identity of all Players to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must submit the following documents upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number)

Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. 7shot reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary to verify your identity.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

7shot accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 7shot reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified payment sources and return funds to the originating account.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposit. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the verification status of your Account and the withdrawal amount. Large withdrawals (over Rp 50,000,000) may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours to process.

7shot does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

7shot maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. You must wager at least 1x (one times) the deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal. Accounts demonstrating patterns consistent with money laundering (frequent deposits and immediate withdrawals without gaming activity) will be suspended pending investigation. 7shot reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7shot offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. Detailed bonus terms are provided on the promotion page and must be read before claiming any bonus.

General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture and Account closure.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before becoming withdrawable. For example, a 100% bonus up to Rp 1,000,000 with 15x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports betting may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Check specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet (typically Rp 25,000 - Rp 50,000 per spin/bet) may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 30 days). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiration.
• 7shot reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if bonus terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the 7shot platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions and are audited by independent testing laboratories for fairness.

By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game and accept the risk of losing your stake. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. 7shot is not responsible for errors in bet placement due to user error, connectivity issues, or device malfunction.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, bet cancellation, and fund forfeiture:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software (bots), scripts, or any software designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Arbitrage betting (exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms)
• Syndicate play or coordinated betting with multiple Accounts
• Exploitation of system errors, game glitches, or incorrect odds
• Fraudulent activity including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity theft

8. Responsible Gaming

7shot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after specified playing time to encourage breaks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7shot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions
• Errors in game results, odds display, or bet settlement (errors will be corrected when discovered)
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to failure to secure your login credentials
• Third-party actions including payment processor delays or bank transaction failures
• Loss of data or account information due to circumstances beyond our control

7shot's maximum liability to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player into their Account during the preceding 12 months.

The Platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 7shot does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements must fulfill those requirements or forfeit the bonus before closure. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Termination or Suspension by 7shot

7shot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account and withhold funds under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creation of multiple Accounts or Account sharing
• Use of the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 7.3
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players

In the event of Account termination for cause, 7shot reserves the right to forfeit any balance, including deposits and winnings, if fraudulent activity is confirmed. You will be notified via email of the termination and the specific reason(s).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7shot holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through your Account shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 7shot customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which 7shot is licensed. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 7shot. All disputes must be brought individually.
